A quick word before you buy

Terms of Use

The deal between us, in plain English, with no lawyer talk.

Last updated: October 8, 2026

Righto. Here's how my books and membership work, and what I ask of you in return. It's short, I promise.

The gist

Who I am

Who am I dealing with here?

Me, under the name Jess McKenzie Golf. That's the name on the site, the books and the membership.

If you need me, it's [email protected].

About the books

What do I actually get with a book?

You get a digital book in PDF. Buy one, or grab the 3-book collection. Nothing comes in the post.

Hotmart emails you the link, and your books are always waiting at consumer.hotmart.com. Just log in with the email you bought with.

They're for your personal use. You're welcome to read and print them for yourself. Please don't share, resell, upload or copy them for anyone else.

About the membership

How does the membership work?

Each week a letter lands in your inbox with one short-game fix on a page, plus a bit more. Reply any time with a question.

Your first 7 days are free. After that it's charged monthly, until you cancel.

You can cancel whenever you like at consumer.hotmart.com. Cancelling won't refund months you've already paid for.

Paying for it

Who handles my payment?

Hotmart does. It's a payment platform, and it runs the checkout as the seller of record. Card, PayPal or Apple Pay are all fine.

What you pay is the price on the checkout page. Hotmart's got its own terms and privacy policy as well.

What's mine

Can I pass the books on to my mates?

Sorry, no. The books, letters, text and pictures all belong to Jess McKenzie Golf, and they're for your personal use only.

The pictures

Is that really you in the pictures?

Those pictures of me on the site are illustrations.

Your body

Are these drills safe for me to do?

Golf's physical, even around the green. Have a chat with your doctor before any new exercise, and stop if something hurts.

What I share is general instruction. It isn't medical advice.

What to expect

Will I definitely save more pars?

I'd love that, but results vary from person to person. I can't promise you strokes, scores or up-and-downs.

If something goes wrong

What's the limit on your responsibility?

So far as the law lets me, I'm not responsible for indirect losses. The most I'm responsible for, in total, is what you paid.

None of this takes away your rights as a consumer under the law.

Changing the terms

Can the terms change later on?

Now and then, maybe. If they do, I'll update this page and the “Last updated” date.

Get in touch

Who do I ask about these terms?

Me, at [email protected].

Jess McKenzie

Cheers, and enjoy the short game. — Jess
